green garlic gouda dip


1 wheel gouda Sheese
2 c. chopped garlic scapes
1.5 c. soy milk
1 tbs. fresh thyme leaves (or 1/2 tbs. dry)
1/2 ts. dried ground sage
1/2 ts. black pepper corns
1/2 ts. sea salt.

Add scapes, soy milk, herbs and spices to a blender. Crumble in Sheese. Blend on high power until smooth. Pour into a bowl and serve with chips, crackers, veggie sticks, flatbreads - you name it. Great for a party, and lasts about a week in the fridge - makes lots!
