Add scapes, soy milk, herbs and spices to a blender. Crumble in Sheese. Blend on high power until smooth. Pour into a bowl and serve with chips, crackers, veggie sticks, flatbreads - you name it. Great for a party, and lasts about a week in the fridge - makes lots! |
