mac and Sheese with peas

1 package whole grain macaroni
2 cup frozen green peas
2 cloves grated or pressed garlic
3 cups of soy milk
3 green onions
1/4 tsp. sea salt
1/8 tsp. fresh ground pepper
1 ts. fresh sage leaves chopped (or 1/2 dry)
1 ts. fresh thyme leaves chopped (or 1/2 ts. dry)
pinch crushed chilis
3/4 wheel of Cheddar and Chives style Sheese

Cook macaroni according to package instructions drain and add to a large bowl.
(hint: add whole stems of fresh basil to the water and remove when cooked!)
To the pasta add peas, soy milk, green onions, sea salt & spices - mix well.

Pre-heat oven to 380F and add rotini mixture to a greased 1.5 litre (6 cup)
casserole dish, layering with finely grated Sheese. Cover with lid and bake for 45min or until soy milk bubbles up to the top layer. Serves 6.
