Creamy broccoli cheddar dip
1 tub cheddar creamy Sheese
2 cups of uncooked broccoli
3 tb. soy milk
3 cloves of peeled garlic
1 ts. lemon juice
1/8 ts. sea salt
1/4 ts. black pepper

In a medium saucepan (lid on) and about 2 cm of water, steam broccoli and garlic until soft - remove from heat and cool (keep the water). In a medium mixing bowl add cheddar creamy Sheese fork-whip in milk, lemon juice salt and pepper. With a fork, mash the garlic and broccoli still in the pot leaving chunks of the later. Add broccoli to Sheese bowl and mix well (if it's too think add a little soy milk or water). Serves many, with chips, crackers, breads, veggies... great for entertaining!
