Sheese puffs

1/2 (255g) tub of creamy cheddar Sheese
1/2 (227g) wheel medium (or strong) cheddar Sheese - grated
1/2 cup corn meal
1/2 cup whole grain flour
1 1/4 cup soy milk
2 tbs. vegan margarine
1 ts. (heaping) baking powder
1/4 ts. granulated garlic
1/4 ts. ground paprika
1/8 ts. sea salt

In a small bowl mix together flour, corn meal, salt and spices - set aside. In cup, with a whisk or fork, whip baking powder with 1/4 cup of soy milk until frothy (this is your "egg"). In a saucepan, warm and blend the remaining 1 cup of soy milk with the margarine on medium heat until bubbly. Add all of flour mixture to saucepan and stir until it forms a single mass. Quickly stir in the "egg" following by the creamy and grated Sheeses. Mix well and drop from a teaspoon onto a greased baking sheet (or form balls). Bake at 410F for 15-20 min. (until crispy on the outside). Makes 2 - 3 dozen. Perfect for cocktail parties!
