Grilled Sheese - Blue style with mint

8 large or 12 small strawberries
1/2 wheel of blue Sheese
2 sprigs of field mint (or cultivated mint)

Soak bamboo skewers in water for a few minutes to avoid flare-up. Cut in half four of the large strawberries, leaving whole ones for the centre of each skewer (or use whole small berries). Slice Sheese into eight chunks. Put strawberries on skewer with Blue Sheese in between. Remove mint leaves for stem and rub between hands onto the skewers. Place on a cooling grill (about 20 min.) after you've removed your meal so that you can enjoy this delicious grilled desert! Serves 4.
