Grilled Sheese - Smoked cheddar stuffed portabello


4 large portabello mushrooms
1/2 wheel of Smoked Cheddar Sheese
2 green onions
1 jalapeno pepper
2 cloves of fresh garlic
4 stems of fresh parsley
2 stems of fresh sage
1 tbs. olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Remove mushroom stems and chop finely with all ingredients except mushroom caps. Add salt and pepper. Baste outside of mushroom caps with some olive oil. Lie them face down on a plate and fill with stem / herb mixture. Grill with lid closed for about 10 minutes (or until bubbly). Serves 4 as appetizer or side.
